Wherever your claim is

New, denied, underpaid or supplemental claims

You can bring us in at any stage. Tell us where your claim is, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do from there.

Where your claim stands

New claim

The damage just happened, or you haven't reported it yet. Getting help at the start means the claim is documented properly from day one.

Denied claim

You received a denial letter. We review the stated reason against your policy and the physical evidence, and tell you whether there's a basis to challenge it. We can't promise a denial will be reversed.

Underpaid claim

The insurance company paid, but the amount doesn't match what contractors say repairs will cost. We compare the insurance company's estimate with the actual damage, line by line.

Supplemental claim

More damage appeared after the claim was paid — during repairs, or once walls were opened. A supplemental claim may be possible, within the time limits set by Florida law and your policy.

Properties we work with

  • Single-family homes and townhomes
  • Mobile and manufactured homes — our specialty
  • Condos and associations — unit owners and associations have different policies covering different parts of the building
  • Commercial property — retail, restaurants, offices, warehouses, apartments, churches and other business buildings

Types of damage

What helps us review your claim

  • The insurance company's letters — especially a denial or the estimate with the payment
  • Your policy, or at least the declarations page
  • Photos of the damage and any contractor estimates
  • The date of loss and your claim number

Not sure if your claim qualifies? Ask first.

The initial claim review is free. To save you time, tell us three things: are you the owner, is your insurance active, and do you already have a public adjuster or attorney on this claim?
