Licensed Florida public adjusters · Kissimmee & Central Florida

Your insurance company has its adjuster. You can have yours.

Claims Hunters represents property owners — not insurance companies — on home, mobile home, condo and commercial property claims across Central Florida. We inspect, document and handle the claim with you, in English or Spanish.

What a public adjuster does

The adjuster who works for you

When you file a property claim, your insurance company sends an adjuster who works for the insurance company. A public adjuster is licensed by the State of Florida to represent the policyholder — not the insurance company — on a property claim.

We read your policy, inspect the damage, document it, prepare the claim and deal with the insurance company on your behalf — so you're not trying to learn policy language while your home needs repairs.

What a public adjuster is (and isn't) →

Straight talk. We can't promise a dollar amount and we don't offer a “free roof.” Nobody honest can. What we can promise is a careful inspection, clear documentation, and someone in your corner who explains every step.

Mobile homes

Mobile and manufactured home policies work differently. Roof-overs, skirting, tie-downs, underbelly and subfloor damage need someone who knows them.

How it works

Three steps, explained before you sign anything

  1. We listen and inspect

You tell us what happened. We review your situation for free and, if it's a fit, inspect the property and read your policy.

  2. We document

Photos, measurements, repair estimates and a clear record of the damage — prepared the way insurance companies review claims.

  3. We represent you

We present the claim, handle communication with the insurance company and keep you informed until the claim is resolved.

Quick answers

Does the first review cost anything?

No. The initial claim review is free. If we're a good fit and you decide to work with us, our fee is explained in writing before you sign — it's a percentage of what the insurance company pays on the claim, within Florida's public adjuster fee limits (Fla. Stat. § 626.854).

Can you help if my claim was already denied?

Often, yes. We review the denial letter and your policy and tell you honestly whether there's something to work with. We can't promise a denial will be reversed.

Do you only work in Kissimmee?

Our office is in Kissimmee and we work across Central Florida. Call us to confirm we can take your property's location.

Not sure if your claim qualifies? Ask first.

The initial claim review is free. To save you time, tell us three things: are you the owner, is your insurance active, and do you already have a public adjuster or attorney on this claim?
