How we handle a claim far from Kissimmee

  1. Start by phone or WhatsApp. Tell us what happened and send photos or video. We ask the three eligibility questions: are you the owner, is your insurance active, and do you already have a public adjuster or attorney on this claim?
  2. Free review. We read the insurance company's letters and your policy, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
  3. Inspection at the property. If you hire us, we inspect the damage in person and document it: photos, measurements, moisture readings where relevant, and a detailed estimate.
  4. We present the claim and handle the follow-up with the insurance company, and keep you updated in English or Spanish.

What we see in each part of Florida

  • Southwest Florida, Tampa Bay and the Panhandle: hurricane wind damage to roofs, windows, screen enclosures and interiors after recent storms.
  • South Florida: plumbing and AC water leaks, roof claims, and condo and HOA claims where the unit owner's and the association's policies overlap.
  • Central Florida: wind and roof damage, and a large number of mobile and manufactured homes.
  • North Florida: fallen trees, wind and hail damage, and water damage from storms.
  • Everywhere: fire and smoke, water damage, and denied or underpaid claims, for homes and commercial property.

Flood damage from rising water is usually covered by a separate flood policy, not by a standard homeowners policy. If you're not sure which policy applies, ask us during the free review.

How public adjuster fees work in Florida

The initial claim review is free. If you hire us, our fee is a percentage of what the insurance company pays on the claim, agreed in writing before you sign. Florida law caps public adjuster fees (Fla. Stat. § 626.854), and the cap can be lower for claims tied to a declared state of emergency, such as a hurricane. We tell you which limit applies to your claim.
